SWEET CUCUMBER

Lemon cucumbers are small, spherical, oval-shaped fruit. Although the fruit’s skin is a light green, it will turn a golden yellow when the fruit becomes ripe.

Fruit skin is thin and tender, with some striping and mottling. The inner flesh of this fruit is similar to traditional cucumber, sweet taste with an incredible, crisp texture.

Lemon cucumbers are believed to have originated in India or the Middle East in the 16th century.
