Pineapple is a fruit from Brazil. Also known as Ananas, a name given by the indigenous people that means “excellent fruit.” Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps with digestion. Contains vitamin C, A, B and folic acid. It has some manganese content that helps to strengthen the immune system and bones.
