RED BANANA
Red Bananas are an exotic variety in Ecuador; there is a limited amount of production in the country, meaning that almost all provision is exported. They are smaller in size than Cavendish Bananas, and its meat is creamy of white pinkish color; its flavor is slightly like the one of a raspberry.
It has more vitamin C than its cousins, the bananas, and is an excellent fiber and potassium source.
